This Refund Policy applies to Forest Eight Inc (“Forest Eight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Forest Eight accepts voluntary support contributions to assist in the early-stage development of a private eco-retreat project. All payments made to Forest Eight are voluntary contributions made at the sole discretion of the contributor.
Contributions are not purchases of goods or services. Contributions do not provide, and are not intended to provide, any financial return, ownership interest, equity, profit participation, revenue share, securities interest, investment interest, or any other financial rights of any kind.
Forest Eight does not guarantee project completion timelines, development milestones, future access to any property, accommodations, services, experiences, or benefits. Contributions do not create any contractual right to future services, reservations, priority access, or special status.
All contributions are final and non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
1. Duplicate transactions;
2. Unauthorized transactions resulting from confirmed fraud.
Requests for review must be submitted in writing to forest8eight@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. Forest Eight reserves the right to request supporting documentation to evaluate any claim. Determinations regarding eligibility for a refund under the limited circumstances described above will be made at Forest Eight’s sole and reasonable discretion.
By submitting a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Your payment is voluntary;
• You are not purchasing goods or services;
• You are not making an investment;
• You are not receiving ownership, equity, profit participation, revenue share, or financial rights of any kind;
• Contributions are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy.
Stripe or other payment processors may independently review disputed transactions in accordance with their respective policies and card network rules. Forest Eight is not responsible for decisions made by third-party payment processors or financial institutions regarding chargebacks or disputes.
Forest Eight reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the website and submission of contributions after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
